Swedish Power Metallers SABATON returns to Israel for the 3rd time on August 30, at the Reading 3 Club in Tel-Aviv’s Harbor. The band will be performing in support of its 6th album, “Carolus Rex”, which was released last May via Nuclear Blast Records. Founders Joakim Brodén (vocals) and Pär Sundström (bass) will be accompanied by their newest comrades – Robban Bäck (drums), Thobbe Englund (guitar) and Christoffer Rörland (guitar / NOCTURNAL RITES) – who recently joined the band following a split with 4 of its members. Support is provided by DESERT, who already collaborated with SABATON’s vocalist on their debut, and currently are working on their 2nd album.
